Terms & Conditions

1. Service Agreement
   By securing our services and making any payments, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, including our pay-per-interview model, Magic Match Fee, and any other services you choose to purchase. All job-related documentation and role details will be disclosed only after full payment has been received, unless otherwise specified in a payment plan.

2. Pay-Per-Interview Model
   Clients are charged a flat fee based on the type of role and company after an interview has been secured. Fees for scheduled interviews are non-refundable, even if the client chooses not to attend.

3. Magic Match Fee
   Upon accepting a job offer, the client is required to pay the Magic Match Fee, which is 10% of the client’s first full month’s salary. This fee is due within 24 hours of role acceptance. Invoices will be issued promptly, and payment is required before full details about the role, offer letter, and onboarding procedures are disclosed. For clients on a payment plan, the first installment must be received prior to any role-related procedures being disclosed.

4. Other Services
   Clients may purchase other services such as resume optimization, interview coaching, and assessment assistance for an additional fee. These fees are non-refundable, even if the client chooses not to proceed with the services.

5. Communication with Employers
   Interview Fairy will communicate with employers, hiring managers, and recruiters on your behalf throughout the job application process. This includes scheduling interviews, negotiating offers, and providing feedback. We will continue to manage communication with all parties until the Magic Match Fee is paid in full. Upon receipt of the final payment, all communication will be transferred directly to you.

6. Payment Terms
   All invoices are due upon receipt. Failure to make payments according to the agreed timeline may result in termination of services or delays in the job placement process. Payment plans, if offered, must be agreed upon in writing and begin with an initial payment before any job-related documents are disclosed.

7. Refunds and Cancellations
   All fees, including interview fees, Magic Match Fee, and fees for any add-on services, are non-refundable. This includes interview fees for scheduled interviews that the client does not attend, and add-on service fees once the service has been provided.

8. Termination of Services
   Interview Fairy reserves the right to terminate services at any time, for any reason, at our discretion. Any outstanding payments for interviews already secured or services rendered will remain due, but no further charges will be incurred.

9. Ownership and Transfer of Services
   Once the full Magic Match Fee is received, Interview Fairy will relinquish all communication and ownership of services, transferring control and documentation directly to the client.

Privacy Policy: Interview Fairy

1. Data Collection and Use
   We collect personal information, including name, contact details, resume, and job preferences, for the purpose of providing our job placement services. This information is used solely to apply for relevant job opportunities and secure interviews on behalf of the client.

2. Third-Party Services
   We may use third-party platforms, such as job boards and email providers, to apply for jobs on your behalf. Your contact information will be used exclusively for the purpose of job applications and interview scheduling.

3. Confidentiality
   All client data and communications are handled confidentially. We will never disclose personal information to unauthorized third parties without your consent.

4. Payments and Invoicing
   Payment details provided for invoicing purposes are stored securely and used only for processing payments related to interviews, add-on services, and the Magic Match Fee. Invoices will be issued within 24 hours of job offer acceptance, and payment is required before any job-related documentation is released to the client.

5. Other Services and Fees
   Other services, such as interview coaching, resume optimization, and assessment assistance, are provided for an additional fee. These fees are non-refundable once the service has been provided.

6. Communication with Employers
   Interview Fairy will communicate with employers, hiring managers, and recruiters on your behalf throughout the job search process. We will continue managing these communications until the Magic Match Fee is paid in full. Once full payment is received, all communication will be transferred directly to you.

   Interview Fairy reserves the right to terminate services at any time, for any reason, at our discretion. Any outstanding payments for interviews already secured or services rendered will remain due, and client data will be handled according to the data retention policy.

8. Refund Policy
   All payments made for interviews, add-on services, and job placements are non-refundable. Clients agree that once payment is made, whether for interviews, the Magic Match Fee, or add-on services, no refunds will be issued, even if the client decides not to proceed with the role or services.

9. Data Retention
   Client data will be retained for the duration of the job search process and for a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping purposes. Clients may request the deletion of their data after the service has been completed.
