How Does the Pay-Per-Interview Model Work?

We only charge you once an interview is secured. You pay a flat fee per interview based on the type of role or company (with tiered pricing). There are no upfront fees for initial set up or job submissions.

What is the Magic Match Fee?

The Magic Match Fee is a one-time fee of 10% of your first full month’s salary that is due only after you accept a job offer.

How Will I know When I Get an Interview or a Job Offer?

You will receive notifications from us as soon as an interview is secured or a job offer is extended. We will communicate with you directly, providing all necessary details and scheduling information.

Do I Have to Pay for Interviews I Don't Want to Attend?

No, you are only charged for interviews that you agree to attend and consider relevant to your job search.

How Long Will it Take to Get an Interview?

Though we can't promise a set timeline, our goal is to secure interviews within One to Four weeks of starting the application submittal process. We work to submit at high volumes. Timelines may vary based on the industry, job market, and your preferences.

Can We Have a Call After Interviews to Discuss the Outcome?

Absolutely! We encourage follow-up calls after your interviews to discuss the outcome, any feedback, and the next steps. This helps us refine your job search and provide additional support where needed.

What's Included in the Resume Optimization Service?

We will review and optimize your resume to highlight relevant skills, experience, and accomplishments. This includes tailoring it for specific job roles and industries.

What Industries & Roles Do You Specialize in?

We work across a wide range of industries, including technology, healthcare, customer service, and more. We specialize in roles from entry-level to senior-level positions, including contract and permanent opportunities.

How Do You Handle Job Applications on My Behalf?

What Happens If I Change My Mind About a Job Offer?

If you decide not to accept a job offer, you won’t be charged the Magic Match Fee. However, the interview fees for attended interviews remain non-refundable.

How Do You Select the Jobs that You Apply For?

We work closely with you to understand your career goals, preferences, and salary expectations. We then target jobs that align with your requirements.

How Do Payments Work?

Once an interview is secured, you will be invoiced for the interview fee. Upon accepting a job offer, we will invoice you for the Magic Match Fee.

Do You Specialize in Remote Work?

Yes, our primary focus is finding the ideal work-from-home job for our clients. However, we also assist with onsite roles when requested, ensuring a personalized approach to your job search.

Can I Still Look for a Job While Using your Service?

You can continue your job search independently, but because we are a boutique agency with limited resources, we prefer to work with clients who intend to fully invest in and utilize our service from interview to hire. This helps us provide the best possible results for your job placement.

What Happens If I Accept Multiple Job Offers?

If you receive and accept multiple job offers during your job search with us, you will only be responsible for paying the Magic Match Fee once per session. Whichever job offer has the higher Magic Match Fee will be the one you are required to pay. You will not be charged multiple fees for accepting multiple offers within the same job search session.
